Prezi - Create presentations that spin and move for the audience - Education account is free for teachers. Be sure to choose that option. Example - Skype in Education
Glogster EDU - An interactive visual platform where users can create a poster or webpage that can have multimedia content like text, video, images, graphics, drawings, and data.
Animoto - Create videos using your images and 5 second video clips. Site provides copy-right friendly music and builds the video to time transitions in sync with the music. Educators get free access to unlimited length films (6 month trial). Final products can be embedded into websites, emailed out, or uploaded to YouTube. Example - poetry

Collaborative Tools
Wallwisher - a virtual board for virtual post-it notes. Anything you can do with post-it notes, you can do it here. Account not needed for students to post.
Type with Me - students can work on a collaborative word document and you can see who typed what/when/etc.
TodaysMeet - create chat rooms that last for 2 hours to 1 year. Participants do not need an email account to join in on the conversation - all they need is the URL that you created.
Publishing Tools
Pic-Lits - Create original pieces of writing with this website. Choose a picture and then drag words up from the word bank or choose freestyle and type in anything you wish.
Storybird - Allows students to add artwork to their writing and publish it online as a storybook.
VoiceThread - Upload photos, artwork, or stories, then add audio and/or written comments. Final products can be shared by embedding them in webpages or by sharing the link. Click for example.
Zooburst - A digital story-telling tool that lets anyone create his or her own 3D augmented reality pop-up books. Using Zooburst, storytellers of any age can create their own rich worlds in which their stories can come to life.

BeFunky - Take a photograph and use the standard free effects to create an image that can be saved as a .jpg or printed from the website.
Imagination Cubed - Draw your own artwork. Final products can be printed or emailed to yourself.
Odosketch - An online, Flash-based drawing pad that enables you to draw pictures online. You will be provided a set of brushes that vary in thickness and color. Completed images can be saved online and then shared with others. You can also browse pictures created by others, view recent/latest drawings, and watch how they were drawn.

Equipment
We have many resources on our campuses. Currently, we have 2 stationary computer labs equipped with Dell desktops, running Windows XP. In addition, we have 7 carts with laptops and netbooks.
Each classroom is equipped with a ceiling-mounted projector and a document camera.
